Executive Director

Welcome to the Kemitraan Kerja Foundation.

It is my great pleasure to introduce you to a foundation born from a bold idea: that decent work, responsible business conduct, and social dialogue are not only principles to aspire to, but practices we can build, together.

Since our establishment in 2016 as a national legacy of the Better Work Indonesia Programme, Kemitraan Kerja Foundation has been committed to supporting factories, workers, employers, and public institutions in their shared journey toward fairer, safer, and more inclusive workplaces.

Our strength lies in our roots. We grew from a globally respected initiative, but we are now proudly Indonesian, grounded in local context, shaped by national priorities, and driven by the real experiences of the people we serve. Every day, our team works side by side with factory managers, trade union representatives, and government officials to turn commitments into action.

As the world of work evolves through technological change, economic pressure, and rising expectations, we remain focused on what matters most: improving lives and enabling sustainable systems that protect workers and support responsible enterprises.

We invite you to explore our work, collaborate with us, and join our efforts to build a future where every workplace is a place of dignity, dialogue, and opportunity.

Warm regards,
Olivia Krishanty
