Vision & Mission

Our guiding principles that drive our commitment to empowering Indonesian workplaces

Our Vision

A world of work where all workers can access their rights, participate in dialogue, and thrive in inclusive and sustainable businesses.

Our Mission

We facilitate change by:

  • Fostering worker-management dialogue
  • Strengthening labor rights and worker voice
  • Supporting businesses to meet global standards
  • Providing evidence to inform better policies

Why We Exist

Millions of workers in Indonesia still face barriers to protection, voice, and decent work. Unclear employment relationships and gaps in dialogue continue to undermine worker well-being and business potential.

Kemitraan Kerja exists to facilitate that change—empowering workers, supporting businesses, and building resilient industries.

As an independent, agile, and locally rooted organization, we carry the DNA of The ILO-IFC Better Work Program, promoting social compliance, dialogue, and sustainable business practices across global supply chains.

Beyond compliance, our work builds workplaces where:

Workers feel confident to speak up
Representation and dialogue are strengthened
Women access leadership and protections
Working environments are healthier
Learning and collaboration drive lasting change
